nother great week of posts in the Weekend Section that made it hard to select down to 5 top images. For the last weekend we had two themes, one was food and the other was for fathers day. But like I say every week, you don't have to follow the theme, the theme is there to help people who may not have ideas on what to shoot.

I couldn't just pick one image this week to bring to you from the Roots Picnic so I decided to show you a handful from my shoot on June 4th. I was hired by the venue to capture not just the live show but to show the venue as being an AMAZING place to watch a show. They were looking for images that they could use to show advertisers but also to show how great of a place it is to go for shows.

This weeks Rapid Fire Critique brings us our first Photo Story. I love photo stories, I love seeing the progression of a day in images that all together tell a story.

I critiques this one a little different as I had to take each image and think how it fits into the over all photo story.

It has been weeks but the plants have finally been placed in the ground for all to see. It just seems that Lil may not have fully noticed because she still is asking where the other plants went. But this is a start and the flowers will grow.

During weddings you know you need to get fun and interesting shots of the brides maids and groomsman. In this case we have a fun picture of the grooms doing their take on the famous scene from Reservoir Dogs.

This weeks Critique brings us this photo story from a day of shooting races on the water. The photographer was shooting with a Canon 40d and 80-400 lens.
